Abstract
States of excited through the reaction at MeV were studied. From the excitation function, -ray angular distribution, coincidences, and decay measurements three groups of rays depopulating states with probable spin values ranging up to were found. A half-life of 49.5 min and for the high spin isomeric state at keV were determined at variance with previous values of 41.5 min and . The group of rays feeding the isomer shows similarities with a recently reported band built on a isomer in both and . The interpretation of these states as members of the structure is discussed.
