Abstract
Lanthanium-modified lead-titanate (PLT) thin films have been prepared for the first time by recently developed multi-ion-beam reactive co-sputtering (MIBRECS) technique. The preliminary results of the thin film deposition and analyses studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy (XPS) are presented. Keywords
