Abstract
The universal model of a single disc presented in Part I of this series is applied to a typical triple-stack multi-disc spindle, and a computer simulation is made for a polyester multifilament yam. Results show the influence of disc geometry, frictional coefficient, and D/Y ratio on yarn path, tension ratio, and torque. Keywords
