Abstract
Synopsis: Measurements made on the floor of the temporarily drained Kelly Reservoir indicate that sediment with a wet volume of c. 2.7 × 10 4 m 3 was deposited there between 1895 and 1978. This corresponds to an estimated average rate of erosion in the catchment of c. 41 tonnes km −2 yr −1 , or 1.8 cm per 1000 years. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
