Abstract
The thermal conductivity of dilute Al(Cu) alloys with 1.17 and 0.12 at.% Cu have been measured in the temperature range 2-20K. For temperature below 10K the lattice thermal conductivity is determined to be close to lambda g=1.0*102 W m-1 K-1 in good agreement with theoretical estimates and recent measurements by Klaffky et al. (1975) on Al(Mg) alloys. The available data on the lattice thermal conductivity in Al are reviewed and discussed. Keywords
