Abstract
Superconducting Y1Ba2Cu3O7−δ films were prepared by TEA‐CO2 pulsed laser evaporation. On SrTiO3(100) the a axis was oriented perpendicular to the substrate surface, while the 〈110〉 axis was oriented perpendicular to the substrate surface on SrTiO3(110). Sharp resistive superconducting transitions with zero resistance at 86 K on SrTiO3(110) and at 83 K on SrTiO3(100) were observed. Keywords
