Abstract
Optically pure Fmoc-peptide fragments have been prepared via dicyclohexylcarbodiimide coupling of N-protected amino acids with amino acid esters, followed by enzyme-catalyzed ester hydrolysis by alcalase with a high concentration of organic solvent in a high yield.Keywords
