Abstract
Silicon L23 emission spectra have been obtained from pure silicon and the alloys Cu-Si solid solution (10 atomic % of silicon), Cu3Si and Mg2Si. An interpretation of the results in terms of bound states on the silicon ions is suggested. Keywords
