Abstract
States of were studied through the (,) reaction at MeV. From the excitation function, -ray angular distribution, coincidence and decay measurements, rays depopulating states with probable spin values ranging up to were found. An isomeric state of sec, and at 101.0 keV excitation energy was found. The observation of certain similarities with a recently reported band in suggests that the collective features seen in heavier Br isotopes may persist in .
