Abstract
Germination of teliospores on complex medium containing thiabendazole (TBZ) or tobran and TBZ gave 0.3%-7.0% colonies with diploid sporidia. Diploid sporidia heterozygous for complementing, closely linked, color mutations and an auxotrophic mutation grown on complex medium containing 9-15 mg/L TBZ gave 13.1%-32.7% colonies with a diploid, prototrophic color-segregant sector. Color-segregant papillae occurred on diploid colonies grown on complex medium containing 15 mg/L TBZ.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
