Abstract
Quantitative measurements of desorbed ions and neutral molecules by a quadrupole mass spectrometer from laser ablation of YBa2Cu3O7−x were obtained. The results indicate that the number of desorbed neutral atoms and molecules is in general greater than the number of corresponding ions. Keywords
