Abstract
Pregnanetriol is determined by the oxidation of its glucuronide to aetiocholanolone which is determined as a Zimmermann chromogenfollowing chromatography on silica gel. The method indicated a difference between normal individuals and patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and the results were compared with a method using enzymic hydrolysis of the steroid conjugate. Keywords
