Abstract
The studies described in this paper demonstrate that the gonadotrophininhibiting substance present in urine of normal subjects inhibits urinary gonadotrophin exercising an LH-like effect (APL), while such inhibition is absent with gonadotrophin manifesting FSH-like action (Pergonal). Data are presented to establish the physiologic character of this fraction.Keywords
