Abstract
Urinary gonadotropin-inhibiting material (GIM) prevented the action of luteinizing hormone on the ventral prostate in the immature intact and hypophysectomized rat as well as on the uterus of the immature mouse. GIM failed to inhibit the action of testosterone on the ventral prostate of the castrated rat. GIM did not inhibit the action of the follicle-stimulating hormone. Keywords
