Abstract
A method for measuring the ratio of isoleucine leucine in mixtures was investigated using the infrared absorption of characteristic bands near 700 cm.-1 for the acetyl derivs. The results obtained with protein hydrolysates of casein and insulin, but not edestin, agreed with those obtained by microbiological assay. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
